The annual powderpuff game against the BFA Comets and Missisquoi Valley Union Thunderbirds is a very important event for BFA St. Albans. With fans painting their whole faces pink, making posters for the fellow senior girls participating, and a packed crowd coming to support not only the Comets but also what the powderpuff event is made for. Powderpuff is made to raise funds for Camp Ta-Kum-Ta and The Jim Bashaw Cancer and Catastrophic Fund. This event couldn’t have happened without the support from students, families, volunteers, and community. The game was a thrilling experience for students and players. The families and friends who have lost someone special can find a way to relate and celebrate this day with the community.
