the holes in my brain,
the crevices and hollows
between my thoughts,
are brimming and spilling
over the top
with something new.
something entirely you.

my head is always fuzzy.
i am consumed with white noise
that feels like your blue eyes
and sounds like your fingers
resting on the crest
of my hip.
all i can see is your voice,
it tangles my words together
into knots and bows.
i am tripping over cats
cradle conversations.
the thought of you knocks
me down and picks me back up again.
but, i dont mind having a head void of thoughts
as long as i can still think of you.
