Olivia Ventura is a Junior at Bellows Free Academy and is joining The Mercury as a first-year writer. She hopes to connect with new people, improve her writing skills, and create a platform for her peers to share their voices by participating in The Mercury. She dreams of becoming a teacher in the future. This career would allow her to express her creativity while helping others. She believes participating in The Mercury will help her develop the professional communication skills required to become a teacher. Olivia enjoys reading, drawing, listening to music, and being outside in her free time. She also enjoys hip-hop and Bollywood dance. Dance is one of her favorite creative outlets.
