BFA St. Albans, VT., Sept. 18 /BFA Mercury/ ― On Thursday, September 21 Bellows Free Academy will be holding their Annual Flu Vaccination Clinic from 2:45-3:45 in the afternoon in the principal’s conference room.

Anyone over 19 years of age is invited, and all types of insurance- including those with no insurance- will be accepted. There is no appointment needed.

Those who are interested are asked to complete and return the screening questionnaire and consent form, which can be found in the main office and nurse’s office, before the deadline of September 12, but the forms are accepted up until the day of the clinic. If someone has insurance, a copy of both the front and back of the insurance card will need to be attached to the form.

The bill will be sent to the insurance company. Companies such as Blue Cross Blue Shield are willing to cover the financial costs of the clinic. Some other insurances may pay in full but charge a $25 fee to customers.

Those who don’t have insurance may need to pay $25 to $34.22 out of pocket.

The Whooping Cough, Tetanus and Pneumococcal vaccines are available at this clinic upon request and will need to be indicated on the screening form.
