It’s Middlebury being referred to, situated on Otter Creek in central Addison County. Perhaps most well-known as being home to the prestigious Middlebury College, this town provides several museums, one of which includes Edgewater Gallery on the Green. This downtown gallery features painted and digital artwork, photography, sculpture, and jewelry on display and for sale.
After taking in the museum, grab a bite to eat at Fire & Ice, just outside the downtown. The menu here includes traditional American fare such as steak, burgers, salads, wraps, and more. Fire & Ice also features a free chocolate milk station with refills aplenty–bring the kids!
